I have this great World Cup post in progress. Fuck it for now.
I just carried two Soldiers to the back of a C-130. They are starting their last journey home. It makes everything that we complain about in our daily lives, expecially back in the US, so fucking trivial.

Reguardless of opinions of the war, or the reasons for being there I fully support the men and women of the services, because of the hardships and sacrifices of those enlisted I have the luxury and the ability to spend my time and energy thinking about the World Cup, or Baseball. The imbalance is I can only thank with my words, when they protect with their lives.
I can hug them when they come home. Like Lil’bro last year. And Uru and the Boss when they come home.
Maybe you should come down and hug them too Rith.
