Brain farts
Right, so that New Year’s resolution is going so well. 18 days in, and the post count is at a whopping seven (7!). (Eight if I cheat and count this one, which I will.) Last week is the main culprit, when the stupid cold/head bug that I have hit me full force and the brain was not working thanks to all the snot and drugs. So, I of course spent all week coddling the damn thing until Friday, where I pounded it into submission with alcohol, and then Sunday, where I ran all over a soccer field to give it to everyone else instead of being selfish. Needless to say, after heavy drinking and physical exertion, I feel a thousand times better than I did before even though I am still technically sick.
Luckily for you, I have at least four posts sitting in the “Your Drafts” section of WordPress, and even more possibilities for posts percolating in my pickled brain. Once again, I’ll be bringing up the rear on such vital topics such as WoW server issues, alumni association in-fights, and fighting the last war. In the meantime, go comment about First Command.
Edit: At some point, I got on Cosmik’s sidebar. See that? Under “Links to Click,” in between Terra Nova and Zen of Design. Maybe some of the genius will rub off on me…
