As promised, here’s the first batch of pics. They cover Tuesday and Wednesday, the trip up to Odaesan National Park.
We pulled off to the side of the road to get this view. It’s from the mountains along National Road 6, which we took since the “expressways” in Korea are usually anything but.
When we went on a hike in the park to Noinbong, this is what we got to see the entire time. Needless to say, we didn’t go very far since it only got worse as time went on.
Local carving found at the mineral springs. Otter thought he had two legs…
The main building of Woljeongsa Temple, which we visited as our last stop for the day. The pagoda in front is a unique octagonal structure, with nine stories (at least one underground).
The pics are beautiful but why u and the wife not in any of them?...=D
Reminds me of my sister and her husband..they have a crap load of scenery pics when they go on vacation, but their not in a single one..lol..hope ya got a few together. =D
We are in a ton of pics, but I won’t post them. Put it down to me being paranoid, but I try and put as little identifying info on the web as possible, unless it is general enough that it makes a large pool of people it could be about.
