I have the beginnings of my essential library up on the server. I have archived versions of all of the articles/lectures/speeches, just in case the original ever vanishes (like Crichton’s speech on environmentalism), but please go to the original if at all possible. In most cases, the authors won’t care about being linked to from my essential library, but sometimes they will and it does provide a good feedback that people are reading certain articles. Over the next couple weeks, I’ll be migrating all of the bookmarks that I have kept as good reading onto the page, so check back often for updates to the essential library. Like the google bomb?
