YES!! I got the include thing working, without ASP! “Are you sure?” you are saying right now. “Well, do you see the menu? That’s an include file!” And guess what? It’s all do to those lovely folks at Microsoft that I finally got it to work.
Edit: Maybe not. Everytime I change the menu include file, it does not update the menu when I reload the page. Back to the drawing board… 
Edit: Ok, it does work, I forgot to close out the BR tag for the “testing…” line leading to the “testing again…” line. Of course, now that it is working, I don’t need those lines and you can’t see them…
